Sales & Business Development Manager / Clinical & Product Manager

SOOVIA CARE Ltd. is a medical aesthetics distribution company operating across the United Kingdom and Ireland. We work exclusively with leading Korean aesthetic technology manufacturers, particularly CLASSYS Inc., a globally recognised innovator in advanced energy-based aesthetic devices. As part of our strategic expansion across the UK and Ireland, we are seeking ambitious, experienced, and internationally minded professionals to join our growing team.

1. Sales & Business Development Manager (UK & Ireland)

This position will drive revenue growth and strategic market expansion across the United Kingdom and Ireland. The successful candidate will be commercially driven, entrepreneurial, and experienced in medical aesthetics or medical device sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute UK & Ireland sales strategy
  • Identify, approach, and secure new clinic and medical partners
  • Manage and expand key accounts
  • Conduct product presentations, negotiations, product DEMO and commercial agreements
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Prepare structured weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, congresses, and industry events across the UK, Ireland, and Europe

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in medical aesthetics
  • Proven track record in business development and revenue growth
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication abilities
  • Ability to travel within the UK, Ireland, EU, and South Korea
  • Valid driving licence preferred

Must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom or Ireland

2. Clinical & Product Manager (UK & Ireland)

This role connects clinical excellence with commercial strategy. You will be responsible for delivering advanced product education, supporting clinics with clinical protocols, and maintaining high technical standards across all partner sites in the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver product training, workshops, and certification programmes
  • Provide ongoing clinical support and after-sales education
  • Develop training materials and clinical protocols
  • Support product launches and marketing initiatives
  • Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders and medical professionals
  • Ensure compliance with UK and EU medical device regulations and best practices
  • Participate in international congresses and advanced training in Europe and South Korea

Candidate Requirements

  • Clinical background (nurse, aesthetic practitioner, or medical professional preferred)
  • Experience with energy-based aesthetic technologies is highly desirable
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills
  • Ability to travel within the UK, Ireland, EU, and South Korea
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom or Ireland
